4 ice cubes

1 tbsp peanut butter

1 cup frozen mixed fruit (pineapple, mango, strawberries,blackberries)

1/4 frozen banana

4 handfuls of spinach

1 cup almond milk

1 cup cranberry juice

ground flax seed

Eat a strawberry parfait…it’s national strawberry parfait day!!
